The Aqualisa app utilises the Instabug platform; this tool can be used to: report an issue, suggest an improvement, or ask a question. If you experience problems connecting your shower, or with the app functions, then an Instabug report can be raised. To trigger the Instabug service either shake your smartphone from side to side or tap on the message bubble then simply follow the instructions.
